We recommend being present so we can discuss findings with you directly, but it's not essential. We can arrange key access with landlords or agents.
Reports are delivered digitally within 48 hours of the inspection. Urgent reports can be arranged within 24 hours for an additional fee.
Yes. Our reports are HHSRS-compliant and are accepted by landlords, letting agents, local authorities, and housing associations across Lincolnshire.
