Yes. We arrange access directly with the tenant once you provide their contact details, keeping you copied on every communication. This removes the booking burden from your team while giving you a clear paper trail of the access process - useful evidence if a complaint later escalates.

Every report is HHSRS-compliant, written in plain English, and includes photographic evidence, humidity and moisture readings where conditions allow, thermal imaging where relevant, root cause identification, hazard rating, and a prioritised remediation plan. Reports are written to be forwarded directly to landlords, with the photographs, readings and cause set out clearly.

Yes. Where a survey identifies a Category 1 or Category 2 hazard already on notice, we provide a written remediation plan with timescales that you can attach directly to the formal response. It sets out what will be done and by when, so you can show environmental health the plan.

We are an independent surveyor, so the report itself is impartial. If remediation is required, our sister company LWR Group can carry out the work - or we can hand the report to your existing contractor. There is no obligation to use a related company; our role is to identify the problem, not sell the fix.
